  That's right, you read that correctly. The upcoming movie, Yohance & the Ekangeni Crystal will be released in HD for FREE on Youtube and Vimeo. The Extended 4k Release will be available for purchase on iTunes & Amazon Prime shortly after the online premiere. That includes 20 minutes of extra footage plus a TON of Special Features and Galleries. This decision comes after long deliberation on how the upcoming Yohance Movie will be distributed. If this model proves to be successful, ALL future Midas Monkee Movies & Shows will be released this way. I'm sure most of you have probably noticed that Midas Monkee has been going through a bit of an Overhaul lately. I'm talking of course about the major shift from Comics to Film and TV. A change this massive demanded a new image so I figured now's as good a time as any to redo the logo. Here it is! As you can see, it's quite a change from the original. I wanted something that felt more genuinely African but realistic a well. This is also the same logo that will appear in the animated Title Card before every project. So what do you think? One of the more frustrating things about waiting to release a trailer is how little you're actually able to share prior to its release. So you can imagine how excited I get whenever I can share something. This is one of those days and I couldn't be more excited to unveil the Movie version of Yohance's ship, the Ki-Wara. As you can see, it's modeled very closely to its Comic book counterpart but with a little more grit added to it. Principal Modeling is underway on The Pack series and the Yohance Movie. Sculpting the main characters will continue for a few more weeks before moving onto texturing, rigging, and finally animation.
